About the role
The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers. As a Territory Manager, you'll help grow Google Cloud business directly and via partners. You’ll bring opportunities through the full sales process, while delivering the highest quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical promoters and Google Cloud Partners as a key member of the Sales team to optimize business results and growth opportunities with SMB in the Digital Native or Startups space.
- Lead assigned territory, working with cross-functional teams in achieving business goals, guiding the entire sales process, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and ensuring customer success within territory.
- Provide strategic input to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage business development and forecast accurately.
- Play a key role in advancing processes and driving impact and meeting and exceeding business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
- Experience with technology sales focused on new customer acquisition.
